• Disciplinary Action/Account Termination

Wave|Game may and will issue warnings, temporary suspensions, and permanent termination of accounts in the event of violations. UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY PROGRAMS AS USED HEREIN MEAN THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ADD-ONS, MODS THAT ACCORDING TO WAVE|GAME'S POLICY WILL: (i) ENABLE OR FACILITATE THE USE OF CHEATS IN ANY FORM; (ii) ALLOW USERS TO MODIFY OR HACK THE SOFTWARE DISPLAY, ENVIRONMENT, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR ANY FEATURES PROVIDED IN THE SOFTWARE THAT ARE NOT AUTHORIZED BY WAVE|GAME; (iii) INTERCEPT, "MINE", OR ANY FORM AND METHOD OF COLLECTING INFORMATION FROM OR THROUGH THE SOFTWARE. IN SITUATIONS WHERE OUR SOFTWARE DETECTS THE PRESENCE OF UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY PROGRAMS, OUR SOFTWARE MAY SEND INFORMATION TO WAVE|GAME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCOUNT, DETAILS ABOUT THE DETECTED THIRD-PARTY PROGRAM, THE TIME AND DATE THE THIRD-PARTY PROGRAM WAS DETECTED, AND/OR WAVE|GAME MAY EXERCISE ONE OR ALL RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE TO THE USER.
  • WHEN THE SOFTWARE IS RUNNING/ACCESSED, WAVE|GAME HAS THE RIGHT TO OBTAIN ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COMPUTER AND ITS OPERATING SYSTEM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO HARD DRIVE, CENTRAL PROCESSING UNIT, IP ADDRESS, AND OPERATING SYSTEM, WHICH MAY BE USED TO IMPROVE PROGRAMS, SERVICES, AND/OR OFFERINGS, TO BE PROVIDED TO AUTHORITIES, OR TO ENFORCE THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
